A 50% deposit is required in order to confirm your order and place it on our production calendar.  

 

If a customer must cancel an order, we offer 88% refunds within the first 14 days after the order has been placed. After 14 days has passed from the original order date, we no longer accept cancellations and payments are non-refundable.

 

The moment an order is placed on our calendar, we begin investing our time, manpower, and resources into building a superior quality product which we’ve built our reputation on. Because all orders are built to individual customer specifications, we do not accept returns on completed units. If you by  have an issue with your smoker, we are here to help and will do everything within reason to make sure your new smoker is to above and beyond your satisfaction.
